Hey JB - thanks again for those suggestions on my blur pics. I have a new respect for your pics cause they're pretty hard to do. Like I said to Ursula, I'm gonna have to start jumping up and down to see what things might look like before pressing the shutter release :)))

Hey Jerry, I have only just seen your last comment so sorry about not responding. Yes starting to get back out and take some photos. I was busy with rearranging our farming business, and also spent an inordinate amount of time banging heads with our local Council on a controversial local issue. Hopefully I will have a bit more time to look at and take photos for a while. Hope all is well up your way - how's that exhibition coming along :-) Andrew

Good luck with your exhibition Jerry, I am sure it will be an exciting experience, I hope you keep us posted how it is going. I found it interesting entering a different world which I knew nothing about. I am realising more and more that the little circles we move in has its own set of language, and protocols, whether it be photographers, artists, professions etc etc. It can be daunting but exhilarating to learn a new language every so often. It will be a pity that I can't get to see your exhibition, I would eb very interested in what you pull together. I think Tracy expressed it much better than I did regarding the viewer and the photographer. I am more and more confident that the interpretation of a photo reveals as much about the viewer as the original shot does about he photographer. I am starting to think about how to do a series along the lines of "catch and release" photos. I will have to try the multiple exposure technique you were experimenting with. I'll have to check my camera manual to see whether it is possible. Once again good luck with, and enjoy your exhibition. cheers Andrew
